On June 23rd, 2014 CIDAL Limited, at its sole discretion decided to terminate the Business Agreement signed with CCBR on April 10th, 2012. This was conveyed by express written communication sent to Center for Clinical and Basic Research A/S (CCBR) and received by them on June 30th, 2014. According to the Business Agreement such termination becomes effective 180 days after the express communication by CIDAL. Thus, as of January 1st, 2015 the Business Agreement terminates.
